Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

Unworn and unwashed

Free of smoke, perfume, deodorant, or any odors

Free of pet hair

No stains, makeup, or damage

All original tags must be attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied and returned back to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items

Accessories (including hats, jewelry, etc.)

Undergarments, swimwear, or bodysuits

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be issued as store credit (or refund to original payment method — you can choose which you prefer)
